"Do not bother dealing with this branch of State Farm. They have continuously lied to my wife and I and refuse to take one of our vehicles off our insurance when we’ve been told by other branches that we are aloud to. They have screwed us out of about $125 dollars and I don’t expect to get it back but I’m going to try to. If you are in Scioto county just get Jeff Smith as your agent. Everyone there is incredibly nice and super helpful."

"DON'T GO HERE THEY WILL MESS UP ON EVER THING THEY TOOK 154 OUT OF MY BANK WHEN THEY SO SUPPOSE TO ONLY TAKE 100 AND THE SAID THAT THE WILL GIVE ME 47 OF IT BACK NEXT MONTH BUT THEY DID NOT AND SAID THAT THEY GAVE ME 20 OFF OF IT BUT THEY CHARGED ME 100 AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT MY BILL IS 117 JUST WOW"
